They're super easy. First, cut up carrots:
The shape really doesn't matter, but I prefer to make little carrots sticks.
Then, spread chopped carrots onto a greased cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper (to taste). Dig in with your hands and mix the carrots around so they get thoroughly coated in the oil and seasonings.
Bake in a 350 degree oven (uncovered) for 35-45 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
Now, if I could only figure out a way to get my son to like chicken!
